THERE ARE 3 WAYS FOR YOU TO RECEIVE PROFESSIONAL CHRISTIAN COUNSELING from Relevant Life Counseling Services !! 

 #1 At the Office: If you are in driving distance of Woodstock, Georgia and would like to meet with the counselor face to face, then make an appointment with Curtis today. Our office is in the North Central Area Missions office at 4206 N. Arnold Mill Rd. You can be confident that your conversations will be discussed in privacy in a comfortable meeting room. Also the professional staff will greet you warmly and respect your privacy. You are welcome to complete the paperwork at the office or bring it with you. Instructions on making and appointment and all the forms are below on this website.

#2 WEBCAM COUNSELING

If you so desire because of a busy schedule or location proximity, you can take advantage of Online Christian Counseling using SKYPE. Even though, you and the counselor will be separated by miles, you will still receive the utmost in professional counseling. You will still need to submit Intake Forms, but remember, your first appointment is still a FREE Consultation.

NOTE: For a Temperament Analysis ($45) or subsequent counseling sessions (based on sliding scale), payment will need to be made online using a credit/debit card. 

When making an appointment be sure to indicate that you will be on your webcam for the counseling session. Before the session begins make sure you have a good internet connection and that you are in a well lit, quiet location.

If you don't have a webcam on your computer and you're unable to make it to the office, call 404-884-8064 and ask about having distance counseling sessions by telephone in the comfort of your own home or where ever you are. 

NOTE: You will still need to submit a temperament analysis and intake forms, also payment will need to be arranged through check or Paypal after the initial FREE consultation. An email account or fax access will be most helpful for communicating test and other information.

FEES AND PAYMENTS - We are able to use a sliding scale to determine the cost of a counseling session based on your income and the number in your household. Open the INTAKE FORMS PDF file to see how much you will pay for a counseling session. (payment info is the last page)


INTAKE FORMS - Once you have made an appointment you are welcome to complete the necessary forms to help the counselor get to know you and your situation better. You may print them or even complete them online using Adobe X.  printable Intake Forms pdf


SUBMITTING FORMS - After completing the intake forms for each person seeking counseling, bring them with you to the first counseling session or scan and email them to the counselor at curtis@relevantlifecounseling.org.
